The application is a tool for preparing, signing, collecting data from, printing, exchanging, archiving and retrieving massive amounts of Contracts.

The application is initially designed in the form of the contracts between Tour Operators and their suppliers (Hotels, Transportation etc), and can be easily adapted to any form of contract supporting business of Banks, Telecom Operators, Insurance or Utility companies and any other business which involves large amounts of contracts.
“Mobile Contracts” simulates a contract document in a digital format while uses some automatic functions that facilitate user to a great level in completing it. It includes all these data and information that a contract document contains including unforgeable signatures, and all these functions that a digital document has, like create, open, save etc. So the functionality remains the same while the waste of paper or latencies due to bureaucracy are decreased significantly.
The application is integrated to the necessary filing and retrieval documents system with specific accessibility and trace.
